Over the past 30 years Rosemary Townley, the Principal of Townley ADR, has been a self-employed, full-time independent arbitrator-mediator based in the New York Metropolitan region. She is a member of various arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") including Class Actions, Commercial, Employment, Individually Negotiated Employment Contracts, Large, Complex Cases and Commercial Disputes. She has also accepted cases, both as a solo arbitrator and as a panel member, from the AAA International Centre on Dispute Resolution. Her cases as arbitrator involved claims ranging in value from less than $1 million to over $250 million.
